Submit Documents

Submit Supplemental Documents (in-person/mail/electronically)

Original or certified English translated transcript(s) for the past 2 school years, 2 passport-sized photos, a clear photocopy of passport, a copy of the Custodian Declaration Form (IMM5646 - download here), reports, and any IEPs.

Arrange living accommodations in Canada. City Vancouver Academy provides assistance in housing arrangement, please contact the administration office for more information.

Be invited for Assessment Tests

In-house Math and English Assessment Tests (if required). Results will be provided after one week.

Register for Courses Icon

Course Registration

Schedule an appointment with our academic advisor (in-person or by phone). Sign up for courses and pay the tuition. Subject to deadlines.

  • Application Fee: $300.00 CAD
  • Payment Methods: You may pay your tuition using any of the following methods – credit card, debit card, cheque, wire transfer, or cash.
