Halloween Fun Fest at City Vancouver Academy
This year’s Halloween at City Vancouver Academy was an unforgettable blend of spooky creativity and lively teamwork! The campus was buzzing with excitement as students and staff gathered to showcase their carving skills and costumes during the highly anticipated Pumpkin Carving Contest.
🎃 Pumpkin Carving Extravaganza:The highlight of the day was the fierce yet friendly competition between teams to create the most imaginative jack-o’-lanterns. From spooky faces to adorable designs, each pumpkin was a testament to the creativity and effort of the participants. The room was filled with laughter, the sound of carving tools, and the occasional “oohs” and “aahs” as teams revealed their masterpieces. The finished pumpkins lined up for judging were nothing short of spectacular!
👗 Costume Parade:Adding to the festive atmosphere, students dressed in an array of costumes, from a mysterious Dracula to a playful cow onesie. The costumes perfectly complemented the day’s spirit, with participants enthusiastically posing for photos and striking their best Halloween poses.
🎉 Teamwork & Celebration:This year’s event not only highlighted individual creativity but also emphasized teamwork. Groups worked together to brainstorm ideas and bring their pumpkin visions to life. From cleaning out pumpkin guts to intricate carving, the camaraderie was evident in every step of the process.
